The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.405 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Sajjan Kumar, the son of the informant, who was Indira Awas Sahayak, before one month, on his transfer, had come from Chandi Block to Hilsa Block. On being asked by the family members of his sasural, on 05.08.2019, the son of the informant had taken the house on rent beside Hilsa Mandal Jail and he used to reside with the family members of his sasural including the petitioners. While the son of the informant was not ready to reside at the rented house but on the pressure of his wife, he had taken the rented house and started to live there. On 0808.2019, the informant received information about the illness of his son on mobile phone and was also informed that his son is admitted at the Hilsa Hospital. When the informant along with others reached there, he came to know that his son has died.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law, father-in-law and cousin father-inlaw of the son of the informant. In fact, the son of the informant had performed love marriage with Anjali Kumari, the daughter of the petitioner nos.1 and 2, without dowry, due to that reason, the informant and his family members were not happy and, thereafter, the son of the informant started to reside at the rented house with his wife at Hilsa and due to depression, the son of the informant committed suicide. With an ulterior motive, the informant has lodged the present case against the wife and other in-laws of his son.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be
