In this case, the petitioner has claimed dues of his fee from the Bihar Agricultural University, Bhagalpur. 3.

Learned counsel for the University submits that the admitted claim of the petitioner is of Rs.46,420/-. He has handed over a cheque of Rs.46,420/- to the petitioner, who is present in Court. The petitioner has accepted the aforesaid cheque.

This application is disposed of with a direction to the University to serve the statement of calculation upon the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the
