2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2009 instituted under Sections 354, 380, 406, 363, 364, 511, 34 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioners are accused of abducting the victim along with her child and further took Rs. 2,80,000/-.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that during investigation it has come that that the victim had eloped with one Rishi Mandal to Delhi and has returned after some days.

5. I have gone through the case diary. The above submission of the petitioners is supported in the case diary.

6. Considering the above, this application is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Munger/ concerned Court in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2009, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
