JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent-State that the land in question, in connection with which the petitioner seeks removal of encroachment, is a private raiyati land, however, seeks liberty to approach the learned Civil Court for redressal of his grievance.
