The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to evaluate the answer-sheet and publish the result of Bihar Elementary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test (BETET), 2017.

Learned counsel for the Board submits that in the OMR sheet whitener was used by the petitioner. In view of the fact that the petitioner used whitener in the OMR sheet, the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence
