Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mansoorchak PS case no. 94 of 2024, disclosing offences punishable under Section 126(2) and other allied sections of the B.N.S. Act.

The prosecution story, as per the First Information Report, is that co-accused Chandan Paswan stopped the informant and demanded money. On refusal, petitioner no. 1 assaulted the son of the informant by means of iron rod on his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84913 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/3 head, petitioner no. 2 snatched Rs. 5000/- from the pocket of informant's son, petitioner no. 3 snatched golden earrings from the informant's wife and petitioner no. 4 pulled her down on the ground, due to which, she was disrobed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are co-villagers and residing adjacent to each other and there is land dispute between them. Learned counsel further submits that the injury caused to the informant's son is simple in nature, as would be evident from injury report, annexed as Annexure P/2 to the application. Petitioners are having no criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that both parties are co-villagers having land dispute and the injury caused to the victim is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.

This application is, accordingly, allowed.

Let petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st class, Begusarai in connection
