1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, the petitioner prefers the present writ petition for the issuance of a writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1193 of 2024(2) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 mandamus or an appropriate writs or commanding the respondents authorities as to remove the encroachment from the land of the Ahar/drain appertaining to Khesra No. 2091, 2093 and 2191 Moab Khurd Thana No. 445 Khata No.559 measuring an area of 4.43 decimals which land encroachment by private respondents."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Terari, District-Bhojpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, before the Circle Officer, Terari, District-Bhojpur, under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Terari, District-Bhojpur, shall consider the same, in accordance with law and take appropriate action, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
