2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-3295 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section-498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-4 of the D.P.Act.
3. The xerox copy of compromise petition entered into between the parties has been filed at the time of hearing. The husband and the wife both have settled their dispute with terms and conditions annexed with the report of mediator dated 23-06-2025.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84458 of 2024(4) dt.22-09-2025 2/3 quoted hereinbelow for ready reference:
"That according to the settlement between the parties, the first party, Md. Masum Ansari will pay Rs. 3,40,000/- (Rupees three lacs and forty thousand only) to the opposite party No. 2 Gulafshan Khatoon @ Gulfasha Khatoon through bank draft/online in three installments. It is further agreed upon that the first party will return Bed, six chairs, bed sheet, clothes etc to the opposite party No. 2. It is further agreed upon that the first installment of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) will be paid to the O.P. No. 2 at the time of furnishing bail bonds whereas the second installment of Rs.
1,00,000/- (one lakh) will be paid after 45 days of furnishing bail bond and the last installment of Rs. 1,40,000/- (one lakh and forty thousand) will be paid after 45 days of payment of second installment".
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be

No. 2939 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
