Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 304B/201/34 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the perusal of the supervision report the prosecution case appears to be doubtful. The informant in his re-statement has narrated about the occurrence in the manner which is different that the FIR.
The specific allegation is that the victim was done to death at her matrimonial house by her in-laws within three years of marriage. Petitioner is husband of the victim and it is prime responsibility of the petitioner to keep the victim with safety. In view of the gravity of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail
