2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner in association of other co-accused is said to have killed the daughter of the informant on nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has never demanded dowry nor tortured the deceased for the same. The allegation levelled against the

It is further submitted that petitioner has filed an application under Section 227 Cr.P.C. on 13.12.2024 and the same is pending for rejoinder. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 02.05.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after disposal of application filed under Section 227 Cr.P.C.
