2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 44 of 2005 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) (a)(b)(c), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one rifle and tools for manufacturing illegal arms have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent and during investigation, sufficient

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in manufacturing of illegal arms, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
