2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-1 of the petition during course of the day.

3. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of POCSO Act and section 9 of Child Marriage Act.

4. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application in order to enable him to file regular bail before the learned court below.

5. The land was also transferred in the name of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1595 of 2024(2) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 victim.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

7. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
