The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 379, 354 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is a case and counter case and though the allegation is against six persons of causing assault, only one grievous injury has been found on the person

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26385 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 of one Sanjeeda Khatoon, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
