Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.1254 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that this petitioner shot in the chest of the brother-in-law of the informant in the early morning.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the parentage of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned in the FIR; whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner and he bears criminal antecedents also.
