JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Again, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to petitioner taking into account that petitioner happens to be main assailant and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 344 of 2016 arising out of Sabour P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015 stands rejected.

However, it appears from the record that trial of the petitioner has already commenced and, therefore, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and take all
