Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2018. Co-accused Rajesh Kumar had taken away the son of the informant aged about five years and there is allegation of demand of ransom on mobile phone. The victim was recovered later on and coaccused Rajesh Kumar @ Rajesh Kumar Das has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.73405 of 2018 by order dated 09.01.2019. Considering the entire facts of this case aforesaid, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S.Case No.140 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
