The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 26 litres of illict liquor from the co-accused person who is stated to have been arrested by the Police and the petitioner is stated to have been named by the said co-accused person to be the person who had managed to flee away.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner herein on regular bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6058 of 2019).
