1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For a direction to the Respondent Authorities to remove the encroachment from public road i.e. from Plot No. 137, situated at village-Bhuapur, PO Kora, PS Jamhor, within District Aurangabad which has been encroached by the private Respondent No. 6 by constructing the boundary wall of his house without having any title and right.

(B) For a direction to the respondent-State authority to institute Encroachment Case, on the basis of complain filed by the petitioner and

Patna High Court CWJC No.18379 of 2024(2) dt.03-12-2024 2/2 pass the final order on the basis of documentary evidence produced by the parties and demarcate land of public road.

C) For a direction to the respondent authorities to take legal action against private respondent no. 6 who has encroached the public road forcibly and is creating nuisance with the help of bad elements of the society."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Barun, District-Aurangabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
