The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 680/2018 in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 391 of 2017, for the offences under sections 399/409 of the Indian Penal Code, 25 (1-b) A/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has been dragged in this case on the basis of the confessional statement of one of the co-accused, namely, Govind Kumar Gupta. Similarly placed co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
