2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is

"i). For issuance of direction to the authorities concern to immediate appoint the younger son of petitioner namely Amit on the basis of compassionate ground as an Assistant teacher in "Rajjandhari Sanskrit Primary cum Middle School, Goai, Naubatpur, Patna" in view of letter vide memo no. 13293/Patna dated 5.10.1991 of the Joint Secretary of Personal and Administrative Reforms Department of the Govt. of Bihar in place of her deceased husband namely Late Rambeany Kumar @ Ram Vinay Kumar who died on 1.5.2021 due to hardship during the course of his service period.

ii). For issuance of direction to the authorities concerned to instantly provide death cum other benefits for which petitioner is legally entitlement as per statutory provision of law."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner emphatically pressed his case relying upon 'Annexure-5 to the writ petition' and the statement made in paragraph no. 8 of the writ petition.

4. I have perused the above paragraph and the content of 'Annexure-5', which only contains that the same will be applicable to the government aided school and managed by the Managing Committee. The petitioner's school is private school and in the present writ petition, nowhere statement has been made that substantial amount of money is financed by the State Government and is established for charitable purpose for the welfare of the society and is exempted from Income Tax.

5. I find that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy before the competent Civil Court for getting

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
