2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the deceased and alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant along with all the FIR named accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per FIR, the son of the informant's daughter Samrat Saurav informed the informant about the occurrence. However, during investigation, Samrat Saurav was not examined by the police and there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2025 in this case. Charges have already been framed in the present case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, slow progress of trial and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with R.S. Jhanjharpur (R.S.) Police Station Case No. 43 of 2025.
