2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Falka P.S. Case No.186 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been caught on a stolen motorcycle with Md. Javed.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 04.06.2023.

5. The petitioner is accused in some more cases of similar or serious nature.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2927 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed because of the non co-operation of the prosecution.
