2. This writ application was filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of death-cum-retiral dues of the husband of the petitioner.
3. Counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit have come on the record.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the petitioner was made to retire compulsorily on 20.09.2002. However, the respondent-authorities have not paid
Patna High Court CWJC No.7719 of 2018(8) dt.07-01-2021 2/2 the salary of the period June 2001 to February 2002.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if that would be a fact, the Department would make payment of the same to the petitioner.
6. The respondents are directed to pay the aforesaid admissible dues of Late Ramashish Singh-the husband of the petitioner in favour of the petitioner within three months.
7. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed off.
