2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A) , 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused persons alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P . C has denied the prosecution case and stated that she willingly solemnized marriage with petitioner and her age is 19 years old.

4.. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr. P . C and other circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2731 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. case No. 20 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
