2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 354, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. it appears that the victim girl has run away from her house.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 13.09.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, West Chamaparan at Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2022.
