The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the police having raided the cattle shed of the co-accused, namely, Umesh Kumar Yadav and huge quantity of arms were recovered from the said cattle shed. It is further alleged that the petitioner and other co-accused persons were caught from the said cattle shed and as far as the petitioner is concerned, one country made pistol was recovered for which a separate case bearing Ravilganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 has been registered.

No.24391 of 2018(3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apart from the recovery of the country made pistol for which a separate case has already been lodged against the petitioner herein, the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and no other incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner herein. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 18.01.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Saran, Chapra in connection with Ravilganj P.S.
