Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act.
The informant Ramashraya Singh is the owner of the Petrol Pump. He has lodged an FIR against three unknown accused persons who fired upon Munshi who was sitting on the petrol pump and looted the cash kept in the cash counter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of one Pankaj Singh. Except confessional statement made by Pankaj Singh and Raju Kushwaha nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has further

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhorey Police Station Case No. 152 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
