In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.26 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. An FIR has been lodged by Assistant Administrative Manager, BSCPL Infrastructure Limited, Badala Nagarpara Bandh, alleging therein that they have been assigned to do the soil work, which was going on, but suddenly 8-10 miscreants armed with gun came there, stopped the work of company and demanded Rs.10,000,00/-(ten lacs) as extortion money only then the company will be allowed to do the soil work. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,
