2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(3) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 78.72 litres illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused Lavkhush Mahto. Petitioner's name transpired during course of investigation, on the basis of secret information. Petitioner has also got four criminal antecedents out of which three are of similar nature.
