The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents, more particularly, the respondent No. 4 / District Programmer Officer, Purnea to decide the selection of petitioner on the post of Anganwadi, Mallik Tolla, Ward No. 11, Anganwadi Centre No. 341, Dharhara Panchayat, P.S. - Banmankhi District, Purnea.

3. In this regard, learned advocate for the petitioner has pointed out the representation submitted by the petitioner on 16.05.2023 to the respondent No. 4 / District Programmer Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2616 of 2025 dt.14-02-2025 2/2 Purnea (Annexure - 8) for resolution of grievances to the petitioner.

While drawing the attention of this Court to the representation filed by the petitioner, annexed as annexure No. 8, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.05.2023.

5. The prayer made by the learned advocate for the petitioner has not been opposed by the learned State Counsel.

6. In that view of the matter, since prayer of the petitioner is limited to the extent of disposal of the representation filed by him to the respondent No. 4, this writ petition is hereby, disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 / District Programmer Officer, Purnea to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.05.2023 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
