No. 64156 of 2019 whereby both the petitioners were allowed the privilege of prearrest bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, due to inadvertence in prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 64156 of 2010 satisfaction of the Court has been mentioned as Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah, in place of "to the satisfaction of the Court of Sri K.K. Shahi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah". Due to that reason in order, dated 22.10.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64156 of 2019, Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah, has been mentioned in place of "to the satisfaction of Sri K.K. Shahi, Judicial

Let it be read as that the petitioners have been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail to the satisfaction of the Court of Sri K.K. Shahi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah. The period of surrender is also extended for four weeks, from today.

The order, dated 22.10.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64156 of 2019, is modified to the extent indicated above. The modification application is disposed of, accordingly.
