The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachpakari P.S. Case No.138 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AAA) and 35 of the Arms Act and under section 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner has been to be running a mini gun factory and repairing illegal arms. He is in custody since 24.08.2025.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
