2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 137(2) and 140(3) of the BNS, registered in connection with Chakia P.S.Case No. 51 of 2025.
3. As per the prosecution case, the co-accused Toni Kumar in league with the petitioner, enticed away the minor daughter of the informant for ulterior motives.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS shows that she had love and affection with the petitioner and she had gone with the petitioner on her own volition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2025.

5. On the other hand, Mr. J.N.Thakur, the learned APP for the State, though has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that the victim did not support the prosecution case in her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Begusarai in in connection with Chakia P.S.Case No. 51 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
