JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, it is alleged by the informant that the petitioner, being the employee of his handloom shop, by committing interpolation in the computer system, misappropriated certain amount.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the employee of the informant's handloom shop and in the background of dispute with regard to wage, he has falsely been roped in the present case. Moreover, quantity of misappropriate amount has not been disclosed in the FIR. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal

Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific accusation.

Considering the accusation arising out of contractual relationship between the informant and the petitioner, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.
