2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following reliefs:

(i) to direct the Respondent No. 1 i.e. Inspector Registration, Prohibition, Excise & Registration, Government of Bihar to take appropriate action in view of the Inquiry Report of 3 member Inquiry Committee dated 19.09.2023 concluded in pursuant to the order dated 25.04.2023 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Patna in CWJC No. 1020 of 2023 and order dated 22.09.2023 passed in MJC NO. 2172 of 2023 relating to illegality and irregularity in Bihar Cricket Association;

Patna High Court CWJC No.2619 of 2024(3) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 (ii) to appoint observer so that the pending election of Bihar Cricket Association can be conducted in a fair manner, whereas, in this regard, a representation has also been filed by the Petitioner on 26.10.2023 before the Respondent No. 1;

(iii) any other relief/s to which the Petitioner is found entitled to as Your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file proper petition impleading all the necessary parties.
