The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.344 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and the husband of the deceased, namely, Pappu Bind has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85675 of 2023(3) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10235 of 2023 and petitioner has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2023. 5.
Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances as also the fact that the husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.344 of 2022 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya.
