The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Siwan Mahila P. S. Case No.53 of 2019 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the learned Mediator's report that dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of medication as also the

No.74909 of 2019(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 submissions advanced at the Bar and the plea of innocence taken by the petitioner in the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Siwan in Siwan Mahila P.
