The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed Cr. Misc. No. 29809 of 2019 before this Court for grant of regular bail which was rejected vide order dated 21.08.2019 (Annexure-1) with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year of custody. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2018. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the observation given by this Court in its order dated 21.08.2019 (Annexure-1) and the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74363 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 having remained in custody for more than a year, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-Cum-Special Judge, Buxar in connection with POCSO Case No. 08/2019 arising out of Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 208/2018.
