The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the IPC.

Allegedly, the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant armed with various weapons and assaulted the informant's wife and the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85721 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 They have been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is an admitted land dispute between the parties and similarly situated co-accused namely Ranjay Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21409/2023 by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No.07 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
