The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.26 of 2017 registered under Sections 354-B, 323, 341 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner of using criminal force while outraging the modesty of the daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on merits without being prejudiced in
