2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant got information that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons murdered her husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Petitioner happens to be mother of the deceased and during course of treatment, deceased died. After giving information to the informant and other relatives, the dead body of the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80851 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 was cremated. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.09.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Siwan in connection with Maharaj Ganj P.
