The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act (Amendment) 2018. It appears that simiarly situated co-accused Raushan Singh @ Raushan Kumar Singh has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.42149 of 2019 vide order dated 02.09.2019 (Annexure-2), let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
