The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 7 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence, the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner of killing the daughter in law within five years of her marriage for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and disposing off her body in order to conceal the offence, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
