The present writ petition has been preferred for: setting aside the notice dated 03.11.2023 issued by the Circle Officer, Siswan in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No 03/2023, which has been initiated by Circle Officer himself whereby he has informed the petitioner that the land appertaining to Khata No. 665, Plot No. 2860, Area 2 Dhur Village - Chainpur Mobarakpur, Jamabandi No.
3704 is a Gairmajarua Malik Parti Kadim land and he has directed the petitioner to produce his evidence that how did he get the
Patna High Court CWJC No.280 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 land in his name which is completely without jurisdiction in terms of section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.
3. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he will be answering to the notice issued by the Circle Officer, Siswan, Siwan in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 03 of 2023.
4. In view of the said fair submission put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of granting him such liberty.
