2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 103(1)/238/61(2) of the BNS, registered in connection with Maharaj Ganj P.S.Case No. 42 of 2025/G.R.No. 616/2025.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons orchestrated the murder of husband of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is false and fabricated. The petitioner is the Devar of the informant and on the basis of suspicion he has been dragged in this case. It is submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81580 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 further that the mother-in-law and father-in-law have been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court under order dated 27.11.2025 and 04.12.2025 in Cr.Misc.No. 80851 of 2025 and Cr.Misc. No. 83168 of 2025, respectively.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Siwan in connection with Maharaj Ganj P.S.Case No. 42 of 2025/G.R.No.616/2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
