The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Warisaliganj PS case no. 234 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one rifle, three live cartridges and one sword from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been suitably punished, inasmuch as he is languishing in custody since 23.07.2019.

No.73987 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail immediately upon completion of six months of custody i.e. 23.07.2019, on such conditions as may be imposed by the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj PS case no. 234 of 2019. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
