Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing an appeal under Section 45 A of the ESIC Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. The petitioner is free to raise all issues before the authority concerned within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the authority shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
