The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Baheri P. S. Case No.168 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant Phulendra Ram with farsa on his neck but the injury report issued by the doctor would suggest that there is no injury on the neck of informant, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IX Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
