ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.95 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 353, and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no overt act has been attributed against the present petitioners. The petitioners are the ward members and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.73990 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.95 of 2019.
