The main grievance of the petitioner is that as per the guidelines issued by State Government dated 30.08.2022, the Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan should be constructed in the Panchayat headquarter village Mirjapur but in the present case the construction of said Bhavan has been proposed in the village Gosaipur in place of Mirjapur headquarter.

3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner may raise his grievance before the District Magistrate, Nalanda within a
